Prices from 300 until 400 euros the week

Prices are per apartment regardless of the number of occupants, include all the tax and utility costs related to the apartment : Water, Electricity, household linens, subscriptions to Internet and cable television, cleaning of the apartment prior to your arrival.

Shorts rentals (3 nights minimum)

3 nights = 210 euros

4 nights = 260 euros

5 nights = 300 euros

6 nights = 360 euros

1 week (7 nights) = 400 euros

2 weeks (14 nights) = 700 euros

1 month (28 nights) = 1200 euros

Medium and long term rental

Medium and long term rentals are those exceeding three months

1100 euros per months (not included taxes and utilities (phone, electricity)

General Rental Terms

Confirmation by downpayment :

In order to secure your rental requires a downpayment of 30% of the total amount of the rent

The downpayment can be paid in Bank transfer :

A return e-mail, annexed with your itemised bill, will confirm your reservation.

Payment of the balance of your stay

You can pay the balance upon your arrival, but only in cash or with Travellers Cheques, and only in euros.

Security deposit

A security deposit of 500 € (or the equivalent in another currency or travellers cheques) will be required. This security deposit covers the apartment for damages.

For longer stays, the amount of security deposit is of one month of the rent.

Entries – Exits

Arrivals :

Arrival is handled at the apartment between 2 pm and 10 pm. 

Departure :

Check-out time is between 8 am and 12 am.
I will meet you at the agreed time. A survey of the apartment will be done in your presence. 
Should the apartment be vacant the evening of your departure date, it is possible to request to stay later
